What does BastionCart do right now?
BastionCart audits active discounts and flags risky configuration patterns like no end date, unlimited use, broad eligibility, combinable discounts, and missing minimum requirements.
Does BastionCart calculate true profit margin?
No. This version measures discount configuration risk, not true profit. It is designed to help merchants spot promotions that deserve review.
Does BastionCart block discounts or stop checkout?
No. BastionCart is currently an audit tool. It does not change discounts automatically or block checkout.
Can I re-run the scan?
Yes. BastionCart supports re-running the audit so you can refresh the results after discount changes.
Troubleshooting
The app is not loading correctly
Refresh the page from Shopify admin. If the problem continues, contact support with your store domain and a screenshot.
My scan failed
Try re-running the scan. If it keeps failing, contact support and include the time of the failure and your store domain.
My results changed after I updated discounts
That is expected. BastionCart recalculates the audit from the current active discount setup.
